1. The 30-Day Automated Data Shredding Protocol
We operate under a strict Minimalist Data Principle. The personal information required to facilitate the delivery of your timepiece is treated as temporary operational payload rather than a corporate asset:
Your recipient name, postal destination, and contact telephone number are transmitted exclusively to the assigned private dispatch courier (DHL/FedEx) via encrypted API tokens.
Once carrier telemetry confirms successful physical handover at your address, your order transitions into the 14-day client inspection window.
On the 30th day following delivery, our automated cron script permanently zeroes and overwrites your physical address, recipient name, and telephone records from all active production databases. Only your anonymized Order ID and warranty serial number are retained for the 3-Year Movement Warranty.
2. Cryptographic Financial Discretion & Blockchain Anonymity
